Contact Own Arizona Assisted Living
If you are buying, selling or simply trying to work out whether Arizona assisted living ownership makes sense for you, a direct conversation is usually faster than another few hours of research. There is no cost to it and no obligation attached, and anything you tell us about an existing home stays confidential.

If you are buying
Useful things to have ready: the Arizona markets you are considering, the bed count you are targeting, your approximate budget and available cash, whether you have operated in senior care before, and how soon you want to close.
If you are evaluating a specific home, send it to us. We can talk through pricing, structure and what the due diligence should focus on.
If you are buying
Useful things to have ready: the city your home is in, your licensed bed count, whether the real estate is included, roughly where occupancy sits, and your timing, even if that timing is only that you have started thinking about it.
Nothing you share makes your home publicly visible, and there is no listing agreement involved in a valuation conversation.

If you have a general question
Questions about licensing, manager certification, zoning or financing are welcome even if you are years away from a transaction. Most of the answers are in the guides, but there are always cases the guides do not cover.
What happens to what you tell us
Owner inquiries are treated as confidential by default. Telling us about your home does not make it visible to anyone as being for sale, does not put it on a list that circulates, and does not commit you to anything at all.
Buyer information is used to match you with opportunities that fit. It is not shared with third parties or sold to anyone.
What we cannot help with
We are a brokerage and advisory business working in Arizona assisted living, which means there are things we are not the right people for.
We do not place residents in assisted living homes and cannot help families looking for care for a relative. We are not attorneys, accountants or licensing consultants, and nothing here is legal, tax or licensing advice. For anything regulatory, verify current requirements directly with the state agency, and the professional directory lists specialists in each of those areas.
We also work only in Arizona. If you are buying or selling in another state, we are not the right fit, and saying so early saves you time.
Response times and how we work
Buyer and seller inquiries are generally answered within one business day. Inquiries that mention a specific property or a defined timeline are prioritised, because those are the ones where a delay costs something
A first conversation is usually a short call. The aim is to work out whether we can actually help, and if we cannot, to say so and point you somewhere more useful rather than keeping you in a process.
Prefer to start with the guides?
Many of the questions that arrive here are answered in detail in the guides: what a home costs, how SBA financing works, what Arizona licensing requires, what to check before closing, and how homes are valued.
Reading those first tends to make any conversation afterwards considerably more productive, because the discussion starts at your specific situation rather than at the basics.
